These Business Submission and Advertising Terms (“Terms”) apply to any business, brand, organization, license holder, advertiser, sponsor, or representative (“you” or “your”) that submits information, advertising, promotional content, listing requests, event details, offers, or other business-related materials to Oklahoma Cannabis Hub and The Oklahoma Got Smoke Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through this website or related communication channels.

By submitting business information or advertising content to us, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all business-related submissions, including but not limited to:

  • business listings

  • directory submissions

  • dispensary spotlights

  • product or service spotlights

  • promotional offers

  • discounts and specials

  • event submissions

  • sponsorship inquiries

  • advertising requests

  • featured placement requests

  • partner inquiries

  • other business-related content submitted for review, publication, or promotion

 

2. No Guarantee of Approval or Publication

Submission of business information or advertising content does not guarantee approval, publication, promotion, placement, visibility, traffic, customer engagement, or business results.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, edit, decline, delay, limit, or discontinue any submission, listing, ad, offer, promotion, or feature at our sole discretion.

 

3. Accuracy of Submitted Information

You are responsible for making sure that all submitted information is:

  • accurate

  • current

  • complete

  • lawful

  • not misleading

  • authorized for you to share

This includes, where applicable:

  • business name

  • contact details

  • website and social links

  • business description

  • service details

  • event information

  • promotions

  • pricing

  • hours

  • licensing information

  • any statements made in your submission

We are not responsible for verifying every detail you provide, and we may rely on the information you submit as accurate unless we decide otherwise.

 

4. Compliance With Law

You agree that any content, offers, advertisements, promotions, and business information you submit will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry rules.

If your submission relates to cannabis, hemp, medical marijuana, transport, processing, retail, or related services, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission complies with all applicable Oklahoma laws, OMMA requirements, and any other rules that may apply to your business or advertising activity.

You may not submit content that is false, deceptive, unlawful, misleading, or likely to create compliance issues.

 

5. Restricted Content

We may reject or remove any submission that, in our judgment, includes or promotes:

  • false or misleading claims

  • unverified or exaggerated statements

  • unlawful products or services

  • offensive, defamatory, or abusive content

  • infringing content

  • unauthorized use of another person’s name, image, logo, or brand assets

  • content that appears to target minors

  • content that encourages unlawful use or misuse of regulated products

  • content that creates reputational, legal, or platform risk

 

6. Licensing and Authorization

By submitting content to us, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content or have the right to use and submit it

  • you have permission to provide any logos, images, text, graphics, brand materials, event details, or promotional materials included in your submission

  • your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable right to review, use, reproduce, format, display, publish, and promote your approved submission in connection with the website, related marketing, email communications, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Editing and Formatting Rights

We reserve the right to edit submitted content for:

  • length

  • clarity

  • formatting

  • grammar

  • style

  • consistency

  • site layout

  • compliance

  • brand alignment

We may also shorten, rewrite, reposition, crop, resize, or adapt submitted materials as needed for website, email, social, directory, or promotional use.

We are not required to publish content exactly as submitted.

 

8. Advertising and Featured Placement

If you request advertising, sponsorship, spotlight placement, featured placement, or other promotional visibility, any such placement is subject to availability, internal approval, scheduling, and any separate written agreement or invoice terms that may apply.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, no submission creates a guaranteed ad placement, guaranteed reach, guaranteed timeframe, guaranteed exclusivity, or guaranteed results.

 

9. Payment Terms

If any paid advertising, sponsored content, featured placement, promotional package, or listing fee applies, payment terms will be governed by the applicable invoice, proposal, service agreement, or written approval.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • fees are due as invoiced

  • payments made for approved advertising, featured placement, or promotional services are non-refundable once work, scheduling, design, placement, or promotion has begun

  • late or incomplete payment may result in delay, suspension, removal, or cancellation of the related placement or service

 

10. No Endorsement

Publication of a business listing, ad, event, offer, spotlight, or promotional feature does not mean we endorse, certify, verify, or guarantee the business, product, service, claims, pricing, legality, or performance of that business.

We may feature businesses at our discretion, but responsibility for the underlying business activity remains with the submitting business.

 

11. Removal and Suspension

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, refuse, or take down any business content, ad, feature, or submission at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • the information is inaccurate

  • the business appears non-compliant

  • payment issues arise

  • the content becomes outdated

  • complaints are received

  • legal or reputational concerns arise

  • the content no longer fits the platform

  • we choose to discontinue the feature or offering

 

12. Business Responsibility for Public Content

You understand that approved business submissions may be made public and may be viewed, shared, screenshotted, reposted, or referenced by others.

You are responsible for making sure that the information you submit for publication is appropriate for public display.

 

13. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • leads

  • sales

  • customer traffic

  • bookings

  • conversions

  • media pickup

  • increased visibility

  • engagement

  • return on investment

  • business growth

Any exposure, placement, promotion, or visibility provided through the website is offered on an as-available basis without performance guarantees.

 

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oklahoma Cannabis Hub and the Oklahoma Got Smoke Network, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your submission

  • your advertising content

  • your business operations

  • your products or services

  • your offers or promotions

  • your violation of law

  • your violation of third-party rights

  • false, misleading, or unauthorized content submitted by you

 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oklahoma Cannabis Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • rejection of a submission

  • editing of submitted content

  • removal of a listing or ad

  • website downtime

  • missed publication timing

  • lack of engagement or response

  • business losses

  • advertising performance

  • errors based on information you submitted

  • third-party actions related to published content

 

16. Relationship of the Parties

Submission of business information or advertising content does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, or exclusive arrangement between you and Oklahoma Cannabis Hub, unless separately agreed in writing.

 

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted on the website.

Your continued submission of business information or advertising content after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
